Happy Valentine's Day XXXOOOOO

The locks here are a beautiful Wensleydale cross with so much luster and sheen.  I have hand washed and hand dyed the locks into soft pinks with light pink highlights.  I resisted to add a crinkle bow because it will make the wig so much cuter and less dramatic, but I will include these to use if you like.  The locks are incredibly well formed and adorable.  The Wensleydale cross used here is a show fleece and the length was greater than 12 inches.  I have halved these to make the wig length about 8 inches from the crown.  This length is difficult to find in a quality lock and so this is really something special.  The locks have been skillfully balanced and have a soft bounce to them making the wig a dream to hold.  You will find the tiniest ringlets about the face.

I have sewn this into a stretchy wig cap and finished the brim with a delicate lace elastic.  To care for a wig of this sort, you may not brush or comb, but you may arrange the locks with your fingers a bit.  The locks were grown with the curl shown and will stay forever.  This particular fiber came from a local show last summer.  Of course, from a very happy home!
