These are very tiny and spoing-y wool locks.  The color will range from dark brown at the base, transition to greys and browns and then back to a brown with sunkissed tan tip.  The color is the natural color of the lamb and has not been dyed, so your doll may wear the wig without worry of staining in the resin.  These are my favorite!

A wig such as this touches many hands during the growing season and the fiber processing and ending with myself sculpting the locks into a beautiful wig with naturally hanging curls.

This wool came from a small farm in Europe and was shipped to me raw here in the US.  The fiber is quite expensive even in this raw state.  Here in my studio, I have washed the fiber 4-5 times and allowed to air dry to keep the lock state.  The magic begins at this point as only the best locks are chosen and hand sewn into a stretchy wig cap.  Each is a labor of love and I am happy to produce them when time permits, which as most of you know, is only a few times during the year!  Enjoy!  xoxoxo
