The locks used within this wig are very dense, with a tight, spoing-y curl, making the look bouncy and feel great to the touch.  This is one of my handsewn wigs from a lamb spring haircut.  I have carefully shamppoed this fiber to retain each tiny curl and then handsewn each into place in a natural manner.  You may not comb a wig such as this, but you may tie ribbons carefully on the locks.  I do not recommend using any rubber bands as this may pull apart the lock, resulting in a fuzzy area.  The orange ribbons I have used are only tied on and are removable.

The hair appears very dark, almost black, but if you look closely, you will find a sprinkle of grey/white strands within.  I feel this wig is still a youthful color and may be worn by dolls of any age.  The ribbons will give it the youthful touch.  

As with all wigs of this type, the fiber is difficult to find and many of these wigs I am unable to duplicate.  Each are special in their own way, xoxo.
