This is just an interesting photo.  What we have here is a brand new 2011 and newly painted Bobobie March doll.  She is white skin.

The second doll is extremely grubby and has just recieved a new face.  Sometimes when your dolls are old and yellowed, you just have to give them an antique look.  I actually enjoy my older doll more because I am not afraid of getting her dirty.  She's got a history and a fun one!
