This fabric is from the 1940's and is a dainty blue flower pattern.  The design has been taken from a vintage handmade doll apron.  A white cloud-like trim has been added to the hem and this all ties on with a bit of blue trim.

This may be the perfect way to liven up your doll's wardrobe without investing in a whole new dress set.
